Overview

It is our pleasure to welcome Steve Young, Global Executive Director of the Caux Round Table and author of Moral Capitalism: Reconciling Private Interest with the Public Good to Boston. Steve will be joining us for a dinner to discuss the Caux Round Table’s “Principles for Business,” how following them might have averted the current financial crisis, and how we can use them as we rebuild the economy.

The Caux Round Table (CRT) is an extraordinary international network of senior business, political, non-profit and community leaders who advocate the necessity for moral values in business decision making. In 1994, through an extensive and collaborative process, the CRT presented its Principles for Business, which have since become one of the world’s most recognizable and comprehensive lists of business principles in existence today.
